Jennifer Blackwood, the owner and president of Business Health Matters Inc., has over 33 years of experience in the health care field.

A registered nurse with a specialty in Occupational Health she is certificated in the following;

Previously as the Manager of Health and Wellness for J.D. Irving Limited, her workplace prevention and health programs were recognized nationally with an award from the Canadian Health Care for “Who’s Who in Healthcare” in the workplace.

She had a research article published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Guest speaker at local and national conferences regarding the success of her programs and the importance of best workplace health practices with the business community.

Guest lecturer at the University of New Brunswick for the Commerce Department “ Leadership and Health” and for the Bachelor of Nursing “ The Health of the Aging Workforce “
